Conduct audits of procurement processes, procedures, and contracts to ensure compliance
with company policies and regulations.
Evaluate the effectiveness of procurement controls and identify areas for improvement.
Review procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices,
for accuracy and completeness.
Perform risk assessments of procurement activities and develop audit plans accordingly.
Identify and report on irregularities or discrepancies in procurement practices.
Collaborate with procurement staff and management to implement audit recommendations.
Provide training and guidance to procurement staff on compliance and best practices.
Stay updated on procurement regulations and industry trends to ensure audits are
conducted effectively.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; certification as a
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.
Proven experience as an auditor, preferably in procurement or a related field.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and regulations.
Strong portfolio showcasing videography and motion graphics work.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit software.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Willingness to travel, if required.
