Procurement Auditor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits of procurement processes, procedures, and contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of procurement controls and identify areas for improvement.
  • Review procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices, for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform risk assessments of procurement activities and develop audit plans accordingly.
  • Identify and report on irregularities or discrepancies in procurement practices.
  • Collaborate with procurement staff and management to implement audit recommendations.
  • Provide training and guidance to procurement staff on compliance and best practices.
  • Stay updated on procurement regulations and industry trends to ensure audits are conducted effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; certification as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an auditor, preferably in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and regulations.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing videography and motion graphics work.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Willingness to travel, if required.
  • Integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
