Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis for business opportunities and process evaluation.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather and analyse data, create reports, and make recommendations.
  • Identify and address business needs through new systems or processes.
  • Support project management activities, including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of existing processes and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
